Mammoth Mayhem: Episode 6 | Nanshan Open

After a 3 hour delayed flight in Orange County Brandon and Spencer barely made their connection in San Fran and jetted over to Beijing. The first four days were full of shenanigans with ice biking to water slides. After the pollution cleared the contest came around and the crew headed to Nanshan Ski Village. See what Brandon, Spencer, and friends get themselves into with a week in China!

Thank you Steve and Ollie for the best week ever!

STOP #9 OF VOLCOM PBRJ EUROPEAN TOUR 2014 | MADRID, SPAIN

Click here for the full report and pictures: vol.cm/1lFhA94
This season the spanish stop was the last one of the tour and took place in Madrid like last year, moving to ParkCenter Valdesquí. The snowpark is managed by Oscar and Madrid is a strategic point accessible from all over Spain. The set up this year was managed by experts Yeyo and Polanco brothers, who delighted everyone with their ideas. The second zone in the middle took the most attention, it consisted of a roof wallie obstacle connected to a rail. Everyone had fun riding the event setup. There were many locals in all categories but some people from France, Portugal and even from Czech Republic (Jakob Simoner) signed up at the contest. Some hero names like Curro Santander, Mario Prestel, Pilar De La Cruz, Paula Benito Jorge Polanco, Mati Ian and some more catched all the eyes in the place.
But the main protagonist was the very bad weather we had to suffer all day long. Staff, cameramen, judges, everyone had to work super hard due to those conditions and the neither was easy for the riders. But thanks to all the crew that helped out so much, the event was a total success. The BBQ from Chef Jesus helped a little bit to keep us fed and warm against the siberian storm we had to suffer. One dude surprised the judges so he took home the best prize in the comp, Dani Tovar. He was supper happy and exited about going to Mammoth Mountains for the PBRJ World Final. There´s just left to thank everyone who help made this happen: NITRO and UNION bindings, Park Center Valdesquí, Yeyo (Happy birthday bro, we properly celebrated it), Juan and Jorge Polanco, Alvaro Ilovemyboard, Kakol, Nines, Roke, Iñigin, Pablo, Gore, Kakol, Jesus, Noelia, Morche and Abel, Maxime Bouviere, Jose del Corral (Jib Kung Do) and all participants who showed up.
